Otherwise, it can be argued that the human beingss confidence and trust in the law enforcement agencies go out collapse. In this paper these circumstances will be explored. The aim of this paper is to study polices regarding the use of force within the different law enforcement agencies from a fine point of view. The topic of this paper is whether there are any differences between the law enforcement agencies with regard to the question of when of use of force is justified.
